Guerlyne is the Senior Lawyer of Immigration 4 US. She has practiced immigration law exclusively throughout her career, focusing on development of systems and procedures that streamline and simplify the visa process and that decrease the often lengthy application period.


Guerlyne also manages the high-volume labor certification needs of major corporations, working closely with them to reduce time and complexity.


She also specializes in preparing “fast track” green card petitions, including Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers and Professors, and National Interest Waiver petitions for researchers and scientists.

Sebastien received his Bachelor in sciences and economics in 2006.


Sebastien works as liaison preparator for our firm. He Sebastien is trilingual, Spanish-English and French. he is passionate about helping others pursue their American Dream.



Multi-lingual immigration paralegal with vast experience in US immigration procedures and consular processing, coordinates and manages the preparation of treaty investor applications through US Embassies and Consulates worldwide and the filing of temporary and permanent visa petitions filed on behalf of international executives of multi-national corporations, and/or individuals with extraordinary abilities in the arts, motion picture, science, business and athletics (O-1 and EB1-1 applications), National Interest Waiver (NIW) applications for medical researchers and scientists as well as family and employment based adjustment of status applications.


Bianka is trilingual, German-English and French.

She has worked in the business immigration field for 25 years.



Edouard is originally from France. He received his Associate Degree in Business and Administration in Paris France.


Edouard's knowledge with English language as well as his strength at French teaching definitely helps with his interpreting English and French in a professional manner. He can provide high-quality French-English bilingual written translation.
